Melissa Dorsch, CEO
After 6 years of running culture on a local and global level at Zoom Video Communications, Melissa left her role to enjoy a year of travel. After seeing a gap in the market, she knew there had to be a better way to bring Employee Engagement to companies and started Sparkr.
